Hello!! Thank you for spending time with us on our site. I am the founder of The LuminUS Group. I created this company after a decade of working in one of the largest global corporations. I spent my engineering career in the water industry and learned in this time that radical collaboration is needed for us to recreate our relationship with the planet and with one another.
I got more and more curious about how we care for our environments at work both consciously and subconsciously. This led me to become a certified Genuine Contact facilitator and an Open Space facilitator and ultimately to create this company. We partner with conscious leaders who are also embracing this new leadership paradigm and are figuring out how to co-create with their teams on their most important projects.
