Starting high school is exciting and sometimes a little scary, it can feel intimidating and overwhelming. This is why we have created a course to help students make real connections and gather the information they need to feel more confident and comfortable in their new journey at their high school.
The course is set up by teachers for teachers and is designed to walk through the day step by step.
You will receive the following in your course materials:
- Course structure, purpose and layout.
- Printable handbook with detailed lesson plan.
- Written documentation including suggested scripts.
- Video overview explaining all material.
- Access to supporting materials including PDF of LuminUS Cards

How will I receive the course?
After purchasing the course you will receive an email from one of our team members here at LuminUS and we will send you a link to a dropbox where you will have access to all of the files that you will need to successfully run the course.
Can I make changes to the course?
The course that we offer is outlined in great detail so that anyone and everyone can easily host and facilitate this day for the students. There are very important pieces to the day that we believe are fundamental for creating the community. However, each person/school can make modifications that they see fit for their school. We are always available for consult if you have any questions about changing any of the outlined day, we can support you in finding a way to make the changes that you need without sacrificing important content of the day.
Can I share the course with other teachers?
We would love for you to spread the word! The more schools that are doing this, the better. Ideally each teacher would purchase their own course, however, you can do as you please with your access to content. All we ask is for recognition and for each of you to continue hosting these events every year!
